# Dashboard

> The admin project overview — date-filtered cards, cohort stages, assessment trends, report results, and counselling delivery — plus the counsellor's personal dashboard.

> **Info**
>
> **Flow type:** `Agency` · **Product:** StudyHQ Portal (team)
>
> **Where:** open your project → sidebar → **Dashboard** (it's also the first
> page you land on).
>
> Admins see the **project overview** described here. Counsellors see a
> personal dashboard instead — covered in
> [Working as a member or counsellor](/documentation/agency/portal-guide-team/working-as-a-member-or-counsellor).

## The date filter

**Every number on this page follows the date filter** at the top right.

Click it and choose **Today** (the default), **Yesterday**, **Last 7 days**,
**Last month**, **Last 3 / 6 / 12 months**, or **Custom range** — for a custom
range, click the **From** and **To** fields to open a calendar.

> **Tip**
>
> A line under the filter confirms which dates you're looking at, and the
> choice survives a page refresh — you can even share the page link and your
> colleague sees the same view.

## What's on the page

### The number cards

Students registered, assessments completed, not yet assessed, and sessions —
all within the selected period.

### Where the cohort is

How many students sit at each stage of the journey.

### Assessments completed, by grade

A bar chart over time — bars are daily, weekly, or monthly depending on how
long a period you picked.

### Report results

Where your students' completed reports landed:

* A **pie chart** of the recommended streams / directions — hover a slice to
  see its percentage.
* Next to it:
  * for **classes 11–12**, how the recommendations compare with each student's
    **current stream**;
  * for **class 10 and below**, each stream's bar shaded by how strong the fit
was — solid for strong, lighter for moderate, lightest for low.

> **Note**
>
> If your project has both younger and older students, you'll see **two
> cards** — one for each group, since they take different assessments.

### Counselling sessions

Sessions delivered over time, split by session type.

Next: **Students**.
