# Your career report

> How to read your StudyHQ career report — your cognitive and behavioural strengths, your best-fit courses or streams, and the careers each path leads to.

> **Info**
>
> **Flow type:** `Institution` · **Product:** Bixa — the student app
>
> Your report turns your assessment into a clear picture of your strengths and the
> courses that fit you best. It's branded with your institution's logo.

## Opening your report

Once your assessment is submitted, your report is ready. Open it with **View
report** — from the assessment's finish screen or from your dashboard's **Your
report** step.

> **Note**
>
> Your institution chooses whether the report shows your recommendations. If
> you only see your strengths and scores, your institution's team will walk
> you through the recommendations themselves.

## What's inside

#### How you think — cognitive strengths

Your top reasoning and aptitude strengths, each shown as a percentage with a
short description of what it measures.

#### How you work — behavioural profile

Your work-style traits — things like conscientiousness and stress tolerance —
again with scores and descriptions.

#### Paths aligned with you — your best fits

Your strongest matches, **ranked by fit percentage** — **courses** if
you're in Grade 11–12, or **streams** if you're in Grade 8–10 — each with
a short description.

#### Careers to explore

Under each path, the careers it can lead to — with short descriptions and
tags like **High demand** or **AI-safe** where they apply.

---

## Making the most of it

#### Start with your strengths

They're stable signals about how you think and work — useful well beyond any
single course choice.

#### Explore the top fits

Read the descriptions and the careers under each. Your highest-ranked fits are
the best place to start a conversation.

> **Tip**
>
> You can **print or save** your report from the header. Bring it to your
> counselling conversation — it's the perfect starting point.

## What's next

Your institution's team can talk through the report with you and help you
decide. From here, the next steps — applications, entrance exams, enrolment — are
guided by your institution.
