Getting started

Flow type: Institution · Product: StudyHQ Portal (staff)

The Portal is the staff web app where you set up and run the funnel. This page covers signing in, the Organisations landing page, and creating an organisation and a project.

Open the Portal and sign in with your work email. If you were invited by a colleague, accept the email invite first, then sign in with that same address.

After signing in you land on the Organisations page — your home base.

The Organisations page

This page lists every organisation you belong to, and under each one, its projects as cards.

Organisation sections

One block per organisation you’re a member of, with its name and type.

Project cards

Each project shows a quick stat line and opens its dashboard when clicked.

What a project card shows. For a Course Fit project, the card carries a small stat line — Leads · Assessed · Enrolled — so you can read the funnel at a glance without opening it.

The card stats are role-scoped: admins and members see project-wide totals; a counsellor sees only the students they added.

Things you can do from here:

Open a project

Click a project card to open its dashboard. (Anyone in the project.)

Enter the organisation name and set the type to Institution. (The creator becomes the organisation’s first admin.)

3

Add a project

A project is one funnel run inside the organisation. For an institution the project type is Course Fit.

1

Start a new project

On the organisation, click New project.

2

Name it and choose the type

Enter the project name and select Course Fit as the type. (Institutions only run Course Fit projects.)

Right after creating the project, open its settings to set the assessment time limit and maximum attempts before you invite students — see Project settings.
