Signing in

Flow type: Institution · Product: StudyHQ Student App

In the Course Fit flow your institution adds you and sends your assessment link — so there’s no plan to pick and nothing to pay. There’s also no password: signing in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

The fastest way in — your assessment link

Your institution emails you a personalised assessment link. This is the simplest way to start.

Open the email

Find the email from your institution and tap the assessment link.

You're signed in automatically

The link signs you in securely and takes you straight to your assessment — no email or code needed.

The link is personal and time-bound. If it has expired or doesn’t work, you’ll be sent to the sign-in screen — just sign in with your email (below), or ask your institution to re-send the link.

Signing in with your email

To come back later — to resume an assessment or view your report — sign in with the email your institution used.

Enter your email

On the Welcome back screen, type your email address and tap Send code.

Enter the 6-digit code

Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and type it into the boxes. The code expires after a few minutes; tap Resend code if you need a new one.

Verify

Tap Verify. You’re taken to your dashboard.

No passwords to remember — every sign-in uses a fresh code sent to your email.

Where you land

  • From the assessment link → straight into your assessment.
  • From email sign-in → your dashboard, where you can start or resume the assessment and view your report.
