Opening your report
Once your assessment is submitted, your report is ready. Open it with View report — from the assessment’s finish screen or from your dashboard’s Your report step.
Your institution chooses whether the report shows your recommendations. If you only see your strengths and scores, your institution’s team will walk you through the recommendations themselves.

How you think — cognitive strengths
Your top reasoning and aptitude strengths, each shown as a percentage with a short description of what it measures.
How you work — behavioural profile
Your work-style traits — things like conscientiousness and stress tolerance — again with scores and descriptions.

Read the descriptions and the careers under each. Your highest-ranked fits are the best place to start a conversation.
You can print or save your report from the header. Bring it to your counselling conversation — it’s the perfect starting point.
