StudyHQ is a career assessment platform that helps students discover the right courses and career paths based on their strengths, interests, and aptitude — not just their grades.

Partner platforms can integrate StudyHQ to embed assessments directly into their enrollment workflows, delivering personalized course recommendations at the most critical moment of a student’s decision-making journey.

How It Works

Student Takes the Assessment

The student is redirected to a secure, time-bound assessment link generated by StudyHQ. The test is designed to evaluate aptitude, interests, and learning style.

Results Are Analyzed

Upon completion, StudyHQ analyzes the responses and maps them to suitable academic programs and career tracks.

Course Recommendations Are Delivered

The student receives a ranked list of recommended courses tailored to their profile. Partners can also fetch these results programmatically via the API.

StudyHQ provides a secure server-to-server API that allows partner platforms — such as CRMs, admission portals, and EdTech products — to:

Generate Assessment URLs

Create secure, time-bound assessment links for individual students after registration or payment.

Fetch Assessment Results

Retrieve completed assessment details, status, and course recommendations for any student by email.

Token-Based Auth

Authenticate using project-scoped access tokens. Each token is tied to a specific college or institution.

Enrollment Status Sync

Optionally sync student enrollment status back to StudyHQ so dashboards stay up to date.

Getting Started

Get Your Access Token

Contact support@studyhq.com to get onboarded and receive your project TokenId and TokenSecret. The secret is shown only once — store it securely.

Generate an Assessment Link

Call POST /partner/get-redirect-url with the student’s details to get a unique assessment URL, then open it in a new tab for the student.

Retrieve Results

After the student completes the assessment, call POST /partner/get-assessments-info with their email to fetch results and recommendations.
