Introduction

StudyHQ is a career-fit assessment platform. Students take a structured assessment that measures their aptitudes and how they work, and StudyHQ turns it into a ranked set of course recommendations — based on strengths and fit, not just grades.

There are two ways to use it.

Run it in the StudyHQ Portal

The Institution flow — your staff invite students from the StudyHQ Portal, students take the assessment in the Student App, and you track each one from lead to enrolment. No code required.

Use the StudyHQ API from your CRM

Already have a CRM or admissions portal? With a few API calls you can generate a student’s assessment link, fetch their result, and push their enrolment status back to StudyHQ via webhook — nothing else to build.

How the assessment works

The student takes the assessment

The student opens a secure, time-bound link and completes a career-fit assessment that evaluates their aptitudes and work style.

Results are analysed

On submission, StudyHQ scores the responses and maps them to the best-fit courses.

A career report is delivered

The student receives a ranked set of course recommendations and the careers each course can lead to — in the Student App, and (for integrations) via the API.
