Taking the assessment
Flow type: Agency · Product: Bixa — the student app
The assessment is the centrepiece of your journey. You automatically get the right version for your class — stream selection for class 10 and below, course recommendation for classes 11–12. Some programmes also include the Learning Assessment (below).
Before you start
The intro screen greets you by name and lists each section with how many questions it has and roughly how long it takes (about a minute per question). It also shows the total time limit.
Find a quiet moment before you press start — the timer covers the whole assessment.
During the assessment
- Answer one section at a time. A timer at the top counts down the total time.
- Your answers save as you go — if your connection drops or you close the tab by accident, log back in and you’ll continue exactly where you stopped.
Before you submit
At the end, a review panel lists each section with three counts: Answered · Pending · Total.
Your assessment is final once submitted — there are no retakes. Use the review panel’s Pending counter to make sure you haven’t missed anything.
If the app says your assessment isn’t available right now, contact your organisation — they’ll sort it out.
The Learning Assessment
Some programmes (grades 7–10) also include the Learning Assessment — a shorter assessment about how you learn best: your study skills, what motivates you, and your study preferences. It has its own time limit and works the same way — timed, autosaved, with the review panel before you submit. Your dashboard shows each assessment you need to take, one clear step at a time.
