Organisation settings, team & billing
Organisation settings, team & billing
Flow type: Institution · Product: StudyHQ Portal (team)
Everything here is organisation-level and managed by org admins.
Where: the organisation menu — Projects · Billing · Team · Settings — reached from the Organisations page or the header.
Organisation settings
Where: organisation menu → Settings.
Configure your institution’s identity and branding.
- Only org admins can edit; everyone else sees it read-only.
- A Save button appears once you’ve made a change.
- Delete organisation asks for confirmation and signs you out afterwards.
Deleting an organisation is permanent and removes its projects and data. Use the danger zone only when you’re certain.
Team
Where: organisation menu → Team.
Invite your team and control what each person can do. The team list shows each member’s name/email, status (active or pending invite), their role per project, and whether they’re an org admin.
Roles
Partner is the funnel’s everyday non-admin role — the invite picker offers it for assessment-funnel projects. (The Counsellor role belongs to the counselling journey and appears for a funnel only if your plan ever includes counselling.)
Managing the team
Invite a member
Click Invite members, enter the person’s email, and choose their role for each project. They receive an invite email.
Only org admins can manage the team. Everyone else sees the team list read-only.
Billing — plans & credits
Where: organisation menu → Billing.
Institutions run on a plan plus credits: the plan defines what your projects can do — which assessment type(s) you can run and whether the enrolment decision is included — and gives you a bundle of credits that each assessment draws from.
The active plan and what it grants. Institution plans are listed on the same page — subscribe or upgrade via secure checkout.
Your available assessment credits, with Add credits for top-up packs via secure checkout.
Every top-up and per-student deduction, newest first.
Recent invoices, each with a download link.
Long-standing institutions run on a Legacy Credits arrangement — a non-expiring plan that keeps the original flat per-assessment rate and the enrolment action, with the same credit balance carried over. Nothing changes for you until you choose a new plan.
Keep an eye on the balance before a big intake drive — each assessment consumes credits when the student starts, so top up ahead of time to avoid interruptions.
