Dashboard

Flow type: Institution · Product: StudyHQ Portal (team)

Where: open your project → sidebar → Dashboard (it’s also the first page you land on). A live, read-only view of how the funnel is performing.

The date filter

The numbers on this page follow the date filter at the top right.

Click it and choose Today (the default), Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last month, Last 3 / 6 / 12 months, or Custom range — for a custom range, pick the From and To dates.

A line under the filter confirms which dates you’re looking at, and the choice survives a page refresh — share the page link and your colleague sees the same view.

What’s on the page

The number cards

Registrations, Assessments, and — when your plan includes enrolment — Enrolled, all within the selected period.

Registrations vs assessments

A bar chart of how many students registered and finished the assessment in each period (bars are daily, weekly, or monthly depending on how long a window you picked), alongside enrolments when your plan includes them.

The recommendations mix

Where your students’ completed reports landed — a pie chart of the share of recommendations:

  • Course-recommendation projects — which course directions the reports recommended.
  • Stream-selection projects — which streams the reports recommended.

What the plan controls

Panels follow your plan’s grants: enrolment numbers appear when the plan includes the enrolment decision, and a counselling sessions panel exists only for a plan that grants counselling. Everything else is always there.

Role-scoped data

The dashboard is role-aware: admins see project-wide numbers; a partner sees the same dashboard scoped to the students they added.

Using it day to day

Registrations vs Assessments

A gap means students were invited but haven’t taken the assessment yet — nudge them (filter Students by Invited).

Assessments vs Enrolments

Assessed students who haven’t converted are your follow-up opportunities.

Recommendations mix

What your intake is being matched to — useful for planning seats and outreach.

The dashboard has no actions — it’s for reading the funnel. You act on individual students from the Students and Cases pages.
