If your programme includes counselling, you book your own sessions in a few taps — and after your sessions, your locked career plan becomes your roadmap.

Booking a session

From your dashboard’s next-step card (or the Sessions page).

Pick a day

Then pick one of the free time slots shown.

Confirm

You’ll receive an email with the details, and the session appears on your dashboard with its join link.

The Sessions page keeps everything in one place: your upcoming sessions (with join links) and your past ones.

Attending

On the day, open the join link a couple of minutes early.

Can’t make it? Rebook from the same place — your counsellor is notified automatically.

Your roadmap

After your counselling sessions, you and your counsellor agree on your plan — your stream (class 10 and below) or your courses (classes 11–12). When your counsellor locks it in, your Roadmap appears.

It shows your chosen direction and the milestones and actions agreed in your sessions — your personal map for what comes next. It stays available whenever you log in.

Your profile

The Profile page shows the details your organisation keeps about you — name, class, and whatever else your programme uses. Some fields you can edit yourself; others are managed by your organisation.

Logging out

Use Log out from the menu. To get back in, open your login link and enter a fresh code — no password needed, ever.

Common questions

I didn’t receive my login code. Give it a minute and check your spam folder. Still nothing? Request a new code from the login page. If it never arrives, your email may not be registered — contact your organisation.

My code stopped working. Codes expire quickly for your security. Go back one step and request a new one.

It says my assessment isn’t available. Contact your organisation — they’ll sort it out for you.

I lost internet during the assessment. Have I lost my answers? No. Your answers save as you go — log back in and continue where you left off.

Can I retake the assessment? No — once submitted it’s final. Use the review panel’s Pending counter before submitting to make sure you haven’t missed anything.

Where do I find my report later? It’s always linked from your dashboard, and you can download the PDF any time.

Can my parent use my login? The parent questionnaire is answered through the app as part of your journey — your organisation will guide you when it’s time.
