Logging in

Flow type: Agency · Product: Bixa — the student app

Your organisation — your school, academy, or counselling agency — creates your account for you. There’s nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay, and no password to invent: logging in uses a one-time code sent to your email.

Your invitation email

You’ll receive an email inviting you to begin. It contains a button that takes you to your login page.

Keep this email — the same link works every time you want to log in.

Enter the 6-digit code

Check your inbox for a 6-digit code and type it into the six boxes on screen. That’s it — you’re in.

Tips:

  • The code expires after a short while — if it does, go back and request a new one.
  • If your email isn’t recognised, contact your organisation — only email addresses they have registered can log in.
  • Already logged in on this device? Opening the login link takes you straight to your dashboard.

Completing your details

The first time you log in, the app asks for a few details about you — one short step at a time, with a progress bar.

  • You’ll only be asked what your organisation actually needs, and anything they already filled in for you is skipped.
  • Depending on your class, this can include your grade, your current stream (classes 11–12 only), and your interests or aspirations.

Answer each step and press continue. When you finish, your dashboard opens.
